This constant movement of creation is present in our physical bodies, it’s flow and change is essential. The Unwinding on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual level is needed to maintain health and balance.

Unwinding – Level 1:

Enjoy a relaxing Guided Imagery and Sound Bath Meditation, release trauma and unlock your highest potential for conscious creative living.

Unwinding – Level 2:

Learn releasing breath work and gentle movements to unlock blocked energy and create a pulsating life-flow of health, balance, and radiance in your body and emotions. Embrace Health and Unleash your Potential.

Trace the unwinding patterns of Dorit’s new paintings as they create a flow that extends far beyond the canvas. The eyes, fingertips and, soon, your whole body may move with an inner rhythm that has been awakened. At this point you might feel the urge to move lightly or even dance! These paintings are an invitation to be in the moment, listen within and follow the next impulse, leading to a natural unwinding of the body and spirit.

Please bring mat and blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

The guided meditation is accompanied by a ‘Sound Bath’ – the relaxing sound of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, which induce alpha wave level activity of the brain, balance the hemispheres of the brain and resonate within every cell of your body, creating health, balance, and harmony.
